These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Denver Front Range Online website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, browsing, or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including any additional guidelines and future modifications.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

3. Business Listings

Business owners who claim or create listings on DFRO must:

Provide accurate and verifiable business information.
Maintain the right to use any logos, images, or trademarks uploaded.
Not post misleading, fraudulent, or illegal content.
Accept that DFRO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove listings that violate our community standards.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Denver Front Range Online and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Paid Plans, Billing and Cancellation

Plans and prices. Basic listings are free. Standard and Featured are paid plans billed monthly or annually at the prices shown on our Pricing page when you subscribe. Founder pricing stays locked for as long as your subscription stays active; if it ends, re-subscribing uses current pricing.
Who bills you. Denver Front Range Online is a SourceOne Technologies company, and you will be billed by SourceOne Technologies. Payments are processed securely by Stripe through our checkout.
Automatic renewal. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each monthly or annual period until you cancel.
Cancelling. You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your dashboard (Billing > Cancel plan) or by emailing support@denverfrontrangeonline.com. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. Your listing then moves to the free Basic plan and you will not be charged again. Free Basic listings do not need to be cancelled; to ask us to remove a listing, contact us.
Refunds. Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. If we do issue a refund, your listing moves to the free Basic plan right away.
Price changes. If we change the price of a plan, we will email you at least 30 days before your next renewal. Founder pricing is not affected while your subscription stays active.
