A limiting belief is something you believe about yourself or the world around you that holds you back from achieving a goal. It’s not always easy to identify when these beliefs are at play, but when we have the tools we can not only notice when they are at play, but also acquire tools to eliminate those beliefs.
In this workshop you’ll identify your own particular limiting beliefs and explore where they came from, so you can begin to dismantle them. You’ll understand the brain science and the sound psychological principles you can take advantage of to change them. Working with other women you’ll develop your own specific plan for conquering them, including steps you’ll practice in the workshop. By the end of the evening you’ll have basic tools to start taking power over the beliefs that currently have power over you.

Pat has over 30 years of experience as a Psychologist, earned her B.A. from University of Colorado Denver and her Ph.D. from George Washington University.
