This review is for Kelly. Kelly helped us in our journey to purchase our first home, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. She was extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of every point in the process/the local market/etc, and she preemptively offered plenty of useful information without us even having to ask. She's also backed by a strong team. She was able to give great guidance/advice/support, but was never pushy/rushed, and she was available/responsive at a moment's notice. She was effective in her interactions/negotiations/etc with the sellers, and it was clear she prioritized making sure we were happy/comfortable/taken care of with all our decisions/concerns along the way. On top of all this, she was extremely personable and related to us on a genuine, human level that you don't always get as a customer. Buying a 1st home can be stressful, but through all the outstanding ways I've mentioned and many more, Kelly was able to transmute the process into something completely manageable that was exciting and fun. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

We worked with Chelsea a little earlier this year, to find a home. Her wedding was scheduled during our hunt. (Congrats again, Chelsea!) She was way ahead of the game though and organized another member of her team, Monica, to work with us.
Your Castle Realtors, Monica, and Chelsea worked very hard to find us a beautiful home! We weren’t sure exactly which neighborhood we wanted to live in, but they bent over backwards for us. Taking us all over Denver multiple days in a row! The process was really fun and surprisingly not stressful in the least! Especially when considering the housing market insanity! (Writing this from the pandemic in 2022 😩)
Chelsea and Monica were amazing! Their team is aware of all of the sneaky issues that can cause problems for home buyers. In every home we toured, they checked the water heaters and furnaces, looked for foundational issues, roof problems, and a slew of other building elements that could cause an issue in the inspection phase. During our inspection we had minimal surprises because of how diligent they are!
If I could give 10 stars I would! This team is amazing and we want them as our realtors for the rest of our lives! Thank you again Chelsea and Monica! We can’t wait to move into our new home!

I want to highly recommend Annette Maxwell of Your Castle Realty! This lady worked miracles for my family and me! I cannot express how much I appreciate all of her hard work and dedication to getting my family our new home. She not only listened to what I really was seeking but she also said that she would touch and agree with me in prayer over it. You can't be God giving and He blessed me! If you need a home or know someone who needs one, this lady walks in the favor of God and will get you in a home!
