Got the whole thing wash there today. Nice people but car wasn't cleaned properly and trunk wasn't vacuumed properly. See attached photos for reference. Paid 61 plus tips as a courtesy but not a good job. I feel they should have management check after kids clean the car.

Car came out amazing, we opted for the hand drying and I will say it was a little confusing coming out of the car wash, already disoriented, we were flagged down by a gentleman, making eye contact, so we pulled up to him, and then were told "you're in the wrong lane, it's okay bc the person in front of you is done but next time we don't want you to have to wait...." My husband and myself looked at each other and rolled our eyes... I really don't like leaving reviews that might affect your morale, but I think you guys need a little organization... It's not going to stop us from going we just feel like it was weird.... Lastly, I think if you're paying to have the car "hand dried", you should use microfiber cloths or "shammy". Using cotton cloths left fibers all over the car and leaves streaks. (My family runs a exotic car restoration body shop, since childhood I've been around cars. I just think the employees require better chemicals and materials.) I think this establishment has the potential to be five-stars.

I must say, the people are friendly. But I don't like paying $45 to have someone wash my car and then still need to finish washing it myself the next day. Here is one photo, but these dirty areas are all over the car. I should have done a walk around. Oh well, to a future visitor, these places are all the same quality.

I’ve had negative experiences with this location in particular in the past. Lack of motivation from the kids cleaning was probably the biggest issue- leaving dirt and grime all throughout my car.
HOWEVER, they are so close to where I live so I decided to try again today- and it was a complete 180 from what I’ve seen before! The guy who greeted me at the beginning of the car wash was respectful, professional and even kept a conversation with my 5 year old. I asked him if they would vacuum out car seats and he immediately said “yes, absolutely. We’re here to make everyone comfortable in your vehicle” and wrote a note on the inside of my window letting the others know I would like that done. Then, the guy at the register was super pleasant and professional- coming to find me after a few minutes to make sure he had given me the correct change for my $20 I gave him. I watched the employees wiping down the cars and they had 2-3 kids on each vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised to see my car was spotless- inside and out! And the car seat looked brand new!
Great job, you guys! I’ll definitely be back for sure.

Super nice employees, but my truck was still dirty and had a film of dirt in places - rear tailgate, lower doors/cab, light mud in wheel flares/behind mud flaps.
I don’t recommend this type of car wash unless you’re like the new Range Rover in front of me that sees a little bit of dust and comes in every week for a wash subscription.
