SUPERB!!!!! Finally, a true culinary restaurant in Denver! Last time we tasted food of this caliber, it was in the finest restaurants of Portland OR, THE food town USA! Now, we have a place here in our town that offers such AMAZING dishes, and best of all, it does not cost you nowhere near as much as you would have to pay in places you normally get such things... To summarize our visit in one word, I would say PERFECTION! From the moment we walked in, till we left, everything was SPOT ON! The service, courtesy of the BEST (and sweetest/most courteous) server ever, Sidney! Who made us feel very special knowing it was our first time, and we were on an anniversary brunch. She was simply AWESOME! Keep in mind, she wasn't just nice with us, she was like that with everyone. Also, her recommendations were spot on! The food, which was a masterpiece, courtesy of one of the most talented chefs I have ever known, Collins. I have to say, it was so refreshing to see how he puts his personal touch in every dish, especially with him being Cajun, which gives it a kick! What an artist! They make everything in the house, even the hot sauce! Not only the taste of his food would melt your face, but the presentation, and how it looked (before I destroyed it 😄), was just as delicious! (for your eyes😳) Take a look at the pictures I attached, and you'll see what I mean. Oh, and the food came out VERY fast!!! That was great, especially since we were very hungry! The drinks, courtesy of the lovely lady who greeted us at the door, which I unfortunately didn't get the name of...were VERY refreshing! We ordered the mimosa flight, and they were CRISP, FRESH, DELISH, GORGEOUS, and full of alcohol, which went very well with my wife! 😄 Also, they make the juices they use for the drinks, fresh in house!!! I can go on and on, but I will just stop and leave it at this, we can't wait to go back... Thank you! Kevin
Excellent Food and service! I stumbled on Exile while visiting from NOLA. Had no idea of the strong southern menu before entering its doors. Chef has to have Louisiana roots. I've never experienced the true french bread any place else but Louisiana. The cornbread is second to none. The grits are the best, offering a variety of compliments. The proteins are seasoned perfect. The temperature is mouth watering. This food is so fun to eat. When ever I'm looking for breakfast in Denver, my pull is to Exile!
Incredible and masterful. World-class dishes with fantastic presentation and wonderfully complex and balanced flavors. One might even look at the menu and think they've overthought it, but each dish we had (and our group of five had to share because everything was fantastic) was so well thought-out and crafted that we were blow away. The experience is world-class cuisine and presentation in an environment that makes you feel at home, and at incredibly reasonable prices. Can't say enough great things about Exile.
This place is an absolute treasure! We started with the deviled eggs, absolutely phenomenal! I had the Deep South Benedict. It was so good I wanted to order it twice in one sitting. The atmosphere is great, and the service is even better. If you haven’t been here yet you need to!
Great friendly service. Had some unique food items, fairly tasty. Biscuits and gravy appetizer was large and had a little kick to it. Fried egg and buffalo hash was okay, but I'd try something else different if I came back.
