Bought a bottle of 20 volume developer and didn’t realize until i got home that the cashier never rung me up for it and since they haven’t updated their new hours on google, it’s impossible to know what time they actually close. Had this whole day planned to do my hair, no one’s answering the phone at the store because like I said, they haven’t updated their new hours. Get your sh*t together. Not the first time I’ve ran into this problem and you would have thought they’d fix it by now
The manager of this store is extremely knowledgeable and hard working. As I was in the store, she helped at least 5 people find exactly what they needed in no time and seemed to please every customer that she came in contact with. I’ve been to many Sally’s and have never had a nice conversation while checking out like I did with her. Kudos to this store manager!
Love this spot! I’ve been a bunch of times and the workers are unbelievably friendly, warm and helpful. The store is small but has lots of great products!
I find the products I want quickly, or I ask an employee. The store is small and not too crowded when I shop there. The products are usually for women and maybe Hair stylists. They have Hair products and some makeup supplies. When I get a ride to this store, it is hard to find close parking. But I do like this business.
I like that it is close by. The customer service is good, But the business philosophy leaves a lot to be desired. Sally's Beauty has the worst return policy i have every encountered. On occasions they are out of a particular product. I go there for hair dye only. I buy all my other beauty products else, because if the item is unsatisfactory i want to be able to return it.
