Does not even deserve one star. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY! Melissa is very hard to work with. She is VERY unresponsive and obviously does not care about her clients. We have been trying to reach her for over a month now for an incorrect tax return (oh, which btw, she filed for us), to no avail. This by far is the WORST business i have ever seen. You will never hear from anyone from this company if you have any questions, concerns and issues. No accountability, ZERO customer service, and ZERO commitment. Don't waste your time and money. Just like the other reviewer, considering reporting this business!

Not at this location Melissa is located at 12200 w 52nd ave 80033 off ward and 52nd. Me and my wife have been using Rocky Mt for 5yrs now Melissa has always been good. Sometimes I have to call more than once but I work for FedEx so I just call at different times of the day. Taxes are always done fast and I call her 3-4 times a year to get tax questions answered. Never had problems

We used Melissa for a few years and this year will be our last. The customer service started out great, but it got worse every year. This year, I had to actually email her to remind her that the previous years she had let us know when she had finished and how much it was going to cost. It took well over a month for her to even respond, and come to find out, she had already finished and still hadnt bothered to email us. I should have just done it myself and would have gotten my refund faster. Next year, I will be. Thanks for helping us when we owed money, but now that its paid off, we are moving on. Please work on your customer service.

I hired this firm to process my 2018 taxes. This was by far and away the most horrible business experience I have had with an organization.
They were completely unresponsive, irritated when i did eventually speak with them, and as April 15th finally came around, never contacted me to tell me the status of my taxes, even though I supplied them my tax information almost a month in advance.
At this point I believe I will need to hire a new accountant in order to determine the state of my taxes as I have not received any notification from the company, or the IRS/State that they received my taxes.
Please save yourself the trouble, and pass on hiring this as they are literally the most inept business I have ever encountered.
Strongly considering legal action.

I got the same quote from Melissa as my father did from a FREE online tax website. When I asked if it was possible to just pay a quoting fee (because her "tax service" was useless), she was incredibly rude and demanded her fee that is over $100. Literal WASTE of my time and money; this is a lazy company.
