He did an excellent job taking the pictures and getting it online, and was very pleasant to work with. Jacqueline Taylor then took me through the whole process, and everything was done through email until the closing. I had a great offer on my home just ten hours after it was listed! I couldn't be happier with the job the Redefy team did! And the fee was absolutely amazing! I'm so glad I decided to go with them, and I will again when I need to sell another home! Working with Redefy was a great experience. My wife and I previously sold a home the more traditional way by paying a percentage commission to both the selling and listing agent. This time around we decided to go with Redefy, and we are glad we did! Not only were we able to sell our home in Colorado Springs for a flat rate of $2,500, but we also received the same service and assistance with our transaction that we would have received with a traditional sellers agent. Selling with Redefy--as opposed to paying the typical percentage fee commission--saved us just under $6,000. Why would anyone give up that kind of money if they don't have to?
I used Redefy to list the sale of my home. My agent was Julie and she provided excellent service from initial contract to closing, including, but not limited to fantastic photography of my home, honest valuation of my home and list price based on my area, and simply making the home sale process very easy. I had an offer on my house within two hours of listing it with Redefy, for well over asking price. Julie went above and beyond to collect comps around the area to provide the appraiser so that my house would appraise at the over asking price without issue. Given the stellar service, the money I was able to save thanks to Redefy's flat-fee model, using them was absolutely the right choice.
You get what you pay for. They wanted our house to appeal to investors and that was fine, but they did not explain that meant conventional loans only. So we were expecting 50+ viewings like our friend's realtor was telling her was typical. Nope. we had something like 13 viewings and 2 offers versus the typical bidding war everyone else was getting. We did not sell for as much as we may have been able to. The buyer had their loan representative and realtor in the closing with them. Redefy came out late and asked if we minded they were not there. I was taken aback they would even ask and we ended up closing the deal by ourselves. Office personnel were responsive to questions and helping us understand the paperwork. If you have your own buyers and just need paperwork processed, this is a good way to go, otherwise get a regular realtor.
Matthew Kunt- This real estate agent represents my wife and I in the sale of our first home. Contrary to the statement mentioned by Dauphin Flores, Matt has been nothing but responsive, courteous, professional, and most of all... he FIGHTS for his clients. He is timely with his communication and he does his best to get his clients top dollar. The deal with Mr. Flores fell through because of various reasons outside of the scope of Matthews agency. Mr. Kuntz was able to move on from this contract and got us a better offer with more legitimate buyers. I recommend Matt Kuntz and redefy and have already recommended them to other friends.
