Matthew Kuntz is unprofessional and unethical. As the listing agent for a house we were under contract to purchase, Matthew was rude when we made a simple request for Seller Concessions and even cursed out our agents. We found several mistakes in the legal documents he sent to us, and he withheld Adverse Material Facts. Before terminating our contract, he threatened to hold our Earnest Money, and followed through on his threat by wrongfully preventing the release of our money after termination. Despite our legal right to terminate, it was only after initiating Mediation that our money was released.
Matthew Kunt- This real estate agent represents my wife and I in the sale of our first home. Contrary to the statement mentioned by Dauphin Flores, Matt has been nothing but responsive, courteous, professional, and most of all... he FIGHTS for his clients. He is timely with his communication and he does his best to get his clients top dollar. The deal with Mr. Flores fell through because of various reasons outside of the scope of Matthews agency. Mr. Kuntz was able to move on from this contract and got us a better offer with more legitimate buyers. I recommend Matt Kuntz and redefy and have already recommended them to other friends. By the way- I am also a newly licensed real estate agent with Home Smart Realty and feel I have a good grasp of character and real estate. Thanks, Matt!
We chose Redefy to sell our Colorado house based on the really great experience a friend had - quick, easy, awesome! Our own experience was everything but great. First, be aware you will deal with MULTIPLE people throughout the selling person versus a single agent. For us, this was NOT clearly explained and ended up leaving HUGE gaps in communication. Second, never question what the agents are actually DOING to get your house seen. They WILL NOT do open houses. YOU do. They WILL NOT show your house during showings. They WILL NOT go to realtor meetings to share your listing outside their own office. They INSIST your house is listed on "literally thousands" of sites, and then they sit on their hands and wait. Third, do not express concern over no showings, ALL you will get is EXCUSES (ie, market is shifting, busy time of year, too far out of town, price too high, etc) We were fed every excuse in the book, yet the few showings we had (that gave feedback) actually stated our price point and location were great. Fourth, expect your frustration to be met with condescension, to be spoken to as though you are a toddler, AND expect to be told one thing by the "listing agent" who then turns around and tells the other team members EXACTLY the opposite of what he told us both face to face and over the phone. Finally, Redefy did not go to bat for us for ANYTHING. Yup. Flat rate. Fantastic. but then we ended up paying way, way more at closing because they absolutely refused to have OUR back. LESSON LEARNED: Sticking with a local realtor and brokerage from now on.

Redefy did a splendid job of selling my home. We had a meeting with Steve Schindler, who helped us get the property listed. He did an excellent job taking the pictures and getting it online, and was very pleasant to work with. Jacqueline Taylor then took me through the whole process, and everything was done through email until the closing. I had a great offer on my home just ten hours after it was listed! I couldn't be happier with the job the Redefy team did! And the fee was absolutely amazing! I'm so glad I decided to go with them, and I will again when I need to sell another home!
