I have been with Mark and Mary for years. They are professional, responsive, they care about their tenets / property, and they will go above and beyond to make sure your safe with your needs met. When we did have to leave a rental (due to the property selling) we stayed with Mark and Mary and found a property they own to keep them as our landlords. They have been amazing to both me and my son. We live in a 4-plex now and my neighbors have also been with them as tenets for years. We all have the upmost respect for them. They really do care. 5 stars.

I have worked with Mark and Mary at Pro Real Estate Services for over 20 years. Their name says it all. They are pros! Professional, proactive, productive... Not only have they been the BEST property management team I could wish for, Mark is also a fantastic realtor, going over and above as we navigated this sale. I've witnessed and experienced happy tenants, happy owner (me), happy seller (me), and happy buyers. I recommend them 100%.

Mark is an absolute professional. He provides excellent real estate services to all of his clients. What I especially appreciate about Mark is his clear communication and how responsive he is. He’s the only Realtor in the Denver area I will send my friends and family to because I know they will be in good hands! If I could give no stars I would, I definitely recommend going to a different company. Poor value and definitely not responsive. Mark is claiming under my comment (see below) he has no idea who I am. Probably because I’ve only spoke to him a few times for a short moment he never returns calls or even follows up on Property listings that you may be interested in, even after I submitted a credit application that was $42.00 called this company numerous times to see where I stand on a location I was interested in I still never received a call saying I was excepted or denied for that property.
If I was denied I would definitely would like a phone call but you won’t get that with this company. They just leave you hanging. My advice go through a different company.
