Wonderful people with genuine concern wnd empathy. They even used the term "consent" when telling me my kitty wouldn't allow them to get a urine sample (as in "wouldn't consent to"). That's how much respect they have for animals! And of course, the fact that they work with you financially is a huge deal. They understand that lack of financial resources has nothing to do with being a responsible and loving pet, aka furbaby, owner. My cat is 21 years old now. They even reassured me that they'll be there for me It's time to say goodbye to her. This is the only place we will go from now on.

Pet care coalition is awesome!! They have amazing prices for people who want to take GOOD care of their fur babies but can’t afford the prices of most other vets. Their staff are so helpful and amazing with the animals. Easy to make appointments as well.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BELOVED ANIMALS HERE! This place does not even deserve a star but I had to select it in order to leave a review. On 09/15/2023 I took my 5 lbs 11 year-old Chihuahua for a regular wellness check-up trusting that she would be in good caring hands. It was our first time there and it will be the last. She was attended by Dr. Forster and Rianda Copeland. They took my Chihuahua into their back room to examine her which was just a wellness exam, checked her teeth and drew blood from one of her paws. As soon as they took my Chihuahua to the back I heard a very loud squeal that I had never heard before and hoped that noise was not coming from my dog. My Chihuahua was wearing a sweater because it was chilly and she ran back towards me once they came out of the back room. She appeared to be fine until the next day I noticed that she had developed a significant amount of bruising around her neck and chest. The bruising is so bad and I do not comprehend how someone in a position of care could have done that to her. They used unnecessary excessive force on a senior 5 lbs Chihuahua. We have never had experienced that kind of "care" from a veterinarian. This was just a regular wellness exam, there was no need for her to get bruised at all!! This is unacceptable and I intend to have this matter escalated and will submit a formal complaint. I tried attaching a picture to this review but the server rejected it. UPDATE: Thank you for responding to this matter and explaining through this medium. Although we spoke on the phone Monday 09/18/2023 to discuss what caused the bruising and you did not provide an explanation or solutions, instead you were on the defensive side, which demonstrates your professionalism. Since you did not provide answers or an explanation we had to seek them ourselves. As a concerned parent/pet parent we voiced our concern and dissatisfaction because we were alarmed by the significant amount of bruising as well as other factors such as changes in our pets behavior. We are not attacking your business, we are simply sharing our experience and seeked answers that you were not able to provide. We have seeked medical attention for our pet and Dime does not have any serious health conditions or underlying health conditions that would cause bruising. Her blood results are normal. Thank you for the care that you provide and for serving the community. Unfortunately in our case, we were provided unsatisfactory service.

I recently started taking my dog Daisy here, money has been incredibly tight and I had been struggling to keep up with my vet bills and therefore my dogs health :( one day I started calling around to see if there were cheaper vets than the one I had been seeing (love 7hills but Jesus are they pricy) and I got referred to these folk!! And goodness do they really go far and beyond for your pet. They treat them so kindly, and the folk there are so lovely to talk to!! I always have such a fun time talking to the nice lady upfront :) and the vets there are just as nice!! they’ve helped soothe some worries, talk with you throigh everything and have this amazing app you can talk to them directly and work with you!! PLEASE if you’re low income go here!! They’re incredible people trying to just make the world better with your pet in it :)

I can’t say enough good things about PCC, Dr. Forester and the rest of the staff! I have a 13-year old chihuahua with several medical issues that were getting extremely expensive to treat and found out about PCC through a friend. The first time I took my fur baby Oso, Dr. Forester spent more time with him than ANY vet had EVER spent with him, giving him the most thorough examination he had ever received and reviewed every medication he was on. She had no problem treating a skin condition a previous vet I had taken him to could not. Unfortunately, my furr babies health continued to decline recently and we had to make the hardest decision any pet owner has to make to let him go. Dr. Forester was so patient and kind helping me talk through this decision. When the day came, she and the staff offered the option to do the procedure outside under a tree, which was so much less stressful for Oso, and us. They were so kind and patient with us through it all. I can’t thank PCC, the staff and ESPECIALLY Dr. Forester for all you have done. Oso has been to so many vets and specialists over the years and you truly were the best! I will be forever grateful!
