Stopped by this restaurant for a quick lunch while on vacation in Denver and it was an excellent experience. The menu had a wide selection of healthy options including pizza, bowls, salads and sandwiches. I got a Banh Mi sandwich and kale Cesar salad. Both were delicious. I appreciate places that spell out the calories to make an informed decision. Nice drink options to choose from as well. It has a modern but industrial vibe inside. Plenty of seating but majority community seating options. I would recommend this place for a meal.
Walked here from the hotel. Lots of people ordering during lunch time. They bring out the food to you. Lots of options. Food is great. I like nutella but my waffle nutella was not good for me. Nutella is already sweet but…i think the waffle was cooked in crystalize sugar it was just too sweet!!! Couldn’t eat it, and they were too generous with the nutella to the point that you get stuffed and can’t talk. It was too much! Nice place, nice people the roasted veggies I give that 5 star!!!
Modern market offers incredibly tasty food and an awesome place to eat in general. However, this particular location has a VERY LEAN and SLOW working staff. If you order something as simple as the blueberry pesto sandwich you should expect at least a 30 min turn around time. I walked in to place an order while it was dead at 2:00 and they didn't have it finished until 2:23. You should also expect a longer wait time if you sit to eat, they dont run food 100% of the time. In addition, they got my order wrong... They gave me regular bread instead of ciabatta
The salmon caesar salad was the best salad I have ever had. I added avocado and blue corn chips. Every ingredient was fresh and great quality.
The food here was pretty good, and it seemed like my whole group was satisfied with their orders. It came out in a timely manner, for all eight of us to get our order, we waited maybe 10 minutes. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the guy at the front counter barely spoke any English, and didn’t understand what I was asking him and the guy giving us our food just came to the table and waited to see if we would take the food. He didn’t speak any English at all. My thought is we are in America and if you’re working in the restaurant industry, you should at least know a little bit of English, and be friendly enough to exchange a few words and know how to help the people you’re serving. The picture that goes with this is a half eaten modern mushroom pizza with chickpea dough. It was delicious!
