I really owe L&R a "sixth" star, because this is the second time I have received outstanding service from them and I neglected to review them the 1st time. The 1st time I had my truck towed to them because it wouldn't start. Everyone in the lobby was very friendly, and they clearly explained the diagnostic process. As a bonus, you are able to monitor progress and see reports on your phone from a text they send, so that is helpful. Issue ended up being a bad fuel pump so had to get a new one. Based on the research I had done, I was charged a very fair price for the work done. Fast-forward to a week ago, I just finished fueling up when my truck wouldn't start.....again. Once again I got towed over to L&R who squeezed me into their busy schedule for a quick diagnostic. Sure enough....it was a bad part (not their fault) which they happily replaced with the lifetime warranty. They had me back on the road the next day. I can't commend L&R enough for their friendly service, honesty and integrity, and excellent work. I definitely recommend them....even though I hope I don't have to see them anytime soon.
I really appreciate the evaluation, repairs and time that L&R took to fix my truck. I feel like they are honest in their costs and really do a great job. I usually go to Midas and get charged an arm and a leg, I'll be going to L&R Auto from now on. I got future work quoted and received the estimates on my receipt, so when I'm ready, I know exactly what needs worked on and a decent price range for the work. I'll be giving them my business again. L&R's prices make you feel like your getting the family discount, their work makes you feel like they care for us little guys. Thank you Dylan and Justin ( and everyone else!) at L&R Automotive!
L & R Automotive has to be one of the finest privately family owned automotive repair facilities west of I -25 . They treat their customers like they would like to be treated. The communication skills of the service techs to the customer should be studied and implemented by big business . Nothing is ever done to the customer's vehicle until the work to be done is completely understood by the customer and an estimate of the cost is discussed . There is no "we will get back to you with an estimate " or we will call you when the "work is complete and we will have a price for you then".Or , "we are sorry but your vehicle wont be ready." They do everything possible to get the customer s vehicle back to them when they say they will . And stuff happens when a finish time cannot be done but these folks go out of their way to help the customer by providing a ride home or back to the facility. L & R will work on most vehicles and if they are not sure, they tell the customer if they cannot. Tom Barry, Colorado
I appreciated how quickly I was able to schedule to get my vehicle in for repairs. I was also very appreciative of the fact that I felt heard and all of my concerns were addressed. I never felt like I was being treated like I didn't know what I was talking about simply because I'm female (it happened at the last mechanic shop I went to - not cool). I really, really like the full internet accessible list of all of the items checked along with recommended repairs and a rating on how immediate those repairs should be done, accompanied by an estimated price for each repair. Awesome! I felt very comfortable when I picked up my car, knowing that each of the items I was told would be fixed were. I'm so glad I found L & R!
Highly recommend this shop to anyone. They truly care about their customers and are a team you can trust. I had to bring my Jeep in for a second opinion and they gave me detailed information as to the issues it was experiencing including a full report with pictures and recommendations of what to fix. They offer a free ride home if you live within Arvada and keep you updated on progress as they work on the car. Very happy I found this place!!
