Pam worked as a rebuttal forensic accountant on my case. She was responsive, insightful and found many mistakes that the joint expert assigned to our case had made. I also appreciated her approachability. She ended up testifying in our case, and she was a powerhouse. Having Pam on my case was such a reassurance to me. Not only in the expert financial sense, but also in knowing that a good, honest person was behind me.

Ms. Kerr was appointed special master in our restaurant lawsuit. She never completed the project, and had numerous delays. If all the excuses she gave the court were true, then I truly feel sorry for her unfortunate circumstances.
Not only did she not finish the project, her work caused more harm then good.
Before filing her first report she made MANY miscalculations. One was against a person that I was countersuing. Yes - I'm backing up the person that I was suing. Don't take me wrong, I was suing for a reason but Ms. Kerrs numbers were bizarre at best and she simply can't use a calculator. She missed standard deposits and transfers that should of been credited to me. She didn't look at any expense reports before putting together the report. She developed a relationship with the attorney, and was biased in all of her work. She simply didn't take in account any submissions that I gave her.
She also threatened to resign several times on the case. It sounds (I can't confirm this) like the attorney that had ex-parte communications with her talked her into staying on the case. Then he backed up her exorbitant bill and filed a motion to get it paid. Again, his OWN client didn't want to pay this bill and felt like she did a poor job. (This was a mutual consensus with most of the parties throughout the case). We spent over $25K+ to not complete the work.
In conclusion, stating that Ms. Kerr is incompetent is a generous statement. I would never do business with her. Stay away from her, and her billing. Ms. Kerr I wish you the best, and again if ANY of the excuses you gave counsel or the court are true for your delays and sloppy work I really feel bad for you. Hopefully your life gets better, and you learn from this experience because you failed miserably.
Update to reply:
Ms. Kerr. Quotes from John Wooden or anything else don't make you look better.
I"m not disappointed with the outcome of the case. I'm disappointed that we hired you and wasted $25K+ and didn't finish the job.
Hopefully, you'll take those $ and have some happy holidays with it!
