Always happy with the results
Honestly not that great of a stylist, I told the lady that I wanted the same style but shorter. Instead she cut it straight all around and shorter than I wanted to be. Also, told her I wanted layers but no layers at all and hair is uneven. Furthermore, what’s the whole point of setting appointments if I have to wait an extra 15 minutes. She even seated a man that came after me. Not worth the money when I pay the same everywhere else, might as well take my money else where. And now I regret my haircut terribly. Not coming back! P.S. They play favoritism
My teenager son had a hair cut at a different salon that he was upset and embarrassed of. K-Salon listened to his concerns and fixed his hair just the way he wanted. Thank you so much for being so understanding and patience with him .We had such a great experience and will definitely be a repeat customer.
