My son was going off to College across the country, I called J&S Automotive and Dawna answered, from the beginning, she put my mind at ease about my son driving his car 1900 miles. Dawna went above and beyond from the first phone call to the appointment to after, she made sure all my questions were answered. I would 100% recommend J&S Automotive to anyone who needs their vehicle repaired. Thank you to the whole crew for taking great care of me and my son's truck, especially Dawna! She is absolutely a joy to talk to and to work with!! The best customer service and reasonable prices hands down.This will definitely be my go to auto shop from now on!!!

I have been using their service for a couple of years. Every employee is always exceptionally friendly and helpful. They communicate costs ahead of time, deliver services on time, and are very trust worthy. Definitely a great place to go for car service!
My family, just the other day, had the exact same very bad experience as other customers have had with a very loud & brass raspy voiced scary lady who (if you didn't know it) you'd think she was JOE DIRT's mom due to her bizarre trailer trash bleached hair style named Dawna (Donna). That man complained IN WRITING also to this company right here on Google reviews. But, the owners CLEARLY intentionally ignore legitimate complaints about Donna's obnoxious & unprofessional ways. Instead, they ONLY make excuses & try to turn the situation around unto the customer & blame the customer/s. This is REALLY out there BUT TRUE! But, in this case... it's not going to work. Employees like Donna need to cost their company loss of money especially when the owners know what is going on, ignore it, make excuses, turn the situation around onto the customer/s, are not professional at all in their reply to the complaint/s & even lie to their customers, etc. regarding Donna's gross behaviors. LOOK AT THIS FROM HIS REVIEW FROM 6 YEARS AGO ABOUT THE SAME LADY, WHO CALLS HERSELF THEIR MANAGER – Daniel Lundgren's exact quote – FOUND HERE ON THEIR GOOGLE REVIEWS - “The lady that works the desk was rude, unprofessional and argumentative throughout my experience.” The owners clearly are allowing this lady to ruin their business & don't care that she's super unprofessional & quite frankly - very nasty on every level. As well, the incident that we had was video taped in it's entirety & we have witnesses (one being the tow truck driver). As well, our phone conversation was also recorded with Karen (one of 2 owners - a husband wife team). Yet, even though that is a fact... Karen decides to also lie (like Donna obviously does) yet in writing in a reply to our recent review here, which we have a screen shot of. She actually had the nerve to say that our phone conversation to her making a complaint on Donna, which the police told us to make sure we did was tumultuous. The phone recording proves Karen is also not only a liar but very comfortable in blatantly lying to the public here about what is true & not true. The phone conversation is the opposite of what she's lied & said here in a previous reply to our review. Yes, we did need to cut the conversation off by hanging up on her because all she did was make excuses for lying Donna's extremely disgusting & severely disturbing violent & unprofessional behavior for NO reason whatsoever. We also brought up the fact by phone to Karen that her company is going to be sued by our family's law firm for what occurred & the road service company will be part of that law suit due to what another customer put perfectly (above) Donna's “rude, unprofessional & argumentative” actions. Yet, somehow Karen must believe she is above the law. Karen also had a very cocky attitude along with the same raspy voice as Donna has when she returned our call about this. She had already had her mind made up before even listening to what had occurred, which we shared by phone & was fact. We knew it was best just to let her go on with her excuses & not provide her the fact Donna's entire ballistic rage is on video. Karen decided allowing a very hot-headed employee without proper or professional discretion to run the show at their business, continue to successfully drive away potential customers & which causes reviews like this to appear is a much better option then to actually see the situation for what it exactly is. As said, at the end of the phone conversation with Karen, GOOD LUCK with that avenue you choose to go with this!
I use J & S exclusively on my late model car services that are beyond my ability. From timing belts, transmission flushes, emissions repair, and tire services they have done great work.
