We drove from Minnesota to Colorado for my birthday and we had major car issues on the way out. The guys got us in asap, charged us less than everyone else would've, were open on Sunday and even offered to analyze other cars for us if we needed to buy a new one. Don't let the small shop fool you. These guys really cared about us and helping us out of a tough situation and didn't over charge us.

For all that are considering, using this Automotive shop! My experience with this business is like no other. Brian, (OWNER) Dustin, (shop manager) were the nicest individuals I've encountered in decades. I contracted Iconic Automotive to replace my transmission in my Ford Ranger. I am extremely impressed and satisfied with their professionalism. My Vote ìs 5 stars... HANDS DOWN

Dustin was amazing!!!! It was Sunday and late in the day, but he fixed my car and had us back on the road and home before the sun went down. To bad I don't live in Denver, because he would be my new mechanic!!!!

Not trustworthy. I went there as my break lights were not working. The mechanic returned the car in the evening saying that he changed the lights and now everything is fine and charged me for the service. I went home and again saw the break lights were not working. So went the next day to them to try fix it again. They charged me again for diagnostics. However, since they couldn't finish the work by that day evening I cancelled the service(got a refund for diagnostics) and went to my regular mechanic. They fixed the car in 20 minutes and told me they just had to change the bulbs. So I have no idea what these guys did the first time and for what they charged me.

I agree I called you at 2. But you can check the page you made me fill, in that I clearly mentioned none of my break lights are working.
So first (1) when you complete a job its a basic professional courtesy to check whether the issue is fixed before returning the car.
Number 2: When I checked the car none of the break lights were working not even one. So I didn't come the next day to fix my other lights, it was the same and none was working from first.
Number 3: I was lucky that you didn't finish your work on Sunday so that I could get my refund of 75$ for diagnostics,. Because I know now that it was unnecessary if you had properly checked the bulbs and changed it according to your claims. Because my mechanic showed me my old bulbs and fixed the entire issue in 20 minutes and charged me the 50 dollars that you charged me first.
