I was in a bind having to travel back home on a Sunday when my car broke down. Brian was absolutely amazing!!! He helped repair my car when everyone told me to come back another day! He estimated my car would take an hour to fix but had it completed within 30 min! He also put up with my questions of curiosity! He was very friendly and efficient! 10/10 recommend him! Excellent customer service! Fair prices and won’t charge if they can’t solve your problem. It was wonderful to have recommendations for alternative options to obtain parts for replacement. Same day service with a timely turnaround was an added bonus. Automotive repairs are stressful but Iconic made this experience stress free. 100% would recommend.

NOT a good place to bring your car if you are using your warranty. Yes, the person here speaks to you nicely and everything but getting the job done is something else. I would just not recommend here the guy that answers the phone kept telling me lies that he called my warranty to submit the claim to get the diagnosis approved. It has been there with them for 1 1/2 weeks, I called my warranty so many times every time the repair shop would tell me that they "just got out of the phone with them" and there is absolutely no record of him calling to submit any claim or that supposedly the claim has been denied. I kept calling him to see how everything was going since he did say he was going to update me on everything but did not. He said the warranty told him to let me know that I have to take it to the dealer repair shop since the claim was "denied" I called the warranty to verify and have they NO record of any repair shop ever calling them.
Just tell the truth if they did not want to fix my car just let me know that's it! Save myself and yourself some time easy as that!
There is just no progress at all and just a bunch of lies. Seems like they just pick and choose what cars they want to actually fix. I rather just not risk it especially if you only have one car it is a waste of time.

Great experience. I’m selling a truck and a potential buyer was down from Breckenridge. Buyer had a guy lined up to do a presale inspection on. His guy flaked on us. I scrambled to find someone else and Iconic was the only one willing to fit us in. Even though he had other vehicles to service.
This was on a Sunday afternoon, while the NFC championship game was going on. So I really appreciate you being there.
I’m a car guy so I really appreciate his straight forward advice and the fact that he let us get in the pit so we could see what he was talking about.
I’ll definitely be referring you and considering having you maintain our own vehicles in the future.

Brian was a lifesaver! We were doing a cross country road trip and unfortunately hit an animal on the highway. Since we were driving another 20 hours, we wanted to make sure everything was okay. Brian was open on a Sunday - while nearly all other mechanics were closed. He saw us right away, took time to look at the car, and didn’t charge us! We’ll be paying it forward. Thanks Brian!!
