I often go to this carwash because it's convenient and not too busy. Generally a good experience. Today I went and the card reader for the token machine was down. No biggie, it happens. I used my card in the wash bay - nothing happened. I turned my card over (sometimes they are directional) and swiped again and waited - nothing happened. I swiped one more time, and suddenly it looked like a slot machine in Vegas, adding up my three $4 swipes into $12 worth of wash time. WHAT?? Ok, deep breath. I'll just really clean the car this time. Turned it to pressure wash soap setting, no soap. Used it for a minute or so, still no soap. Went over and knocked several times on the office door until the owner came out. He was rude to me, and was put out that he had to put his phone call on hold. Explained I was overcharged, and that there was no soap. He had me spray it on the back window and said "that's soap", and then turned around and walked away before I could say anything else. Funny, the "soap" has no smell, no texture, and doesn't make any bubbles or anything. Almost like it's....water... He was already back over to his office and closing the door before I could say anything. Screw it. I rinsed my car and gave my remaining time to the gentleman behind me. I'll use the other washes from now on.

Don't waste your money at this car wash. The self serve car wash by Dutch Bros. is oftentimes less busy and you actually get the things coming out of the sprayer and brush that is supposed to come out. I stopped by today because I am on a schedule and this one is closer to my house. I came prepared with rain boots, gloves, jacket and a hat because it is chilly outside. The sprayer leaked from the very top the entire time, all down my sleeve, on my gloves, jeans, etc. The prewash, high powered soap, wax all took their time coming out, when they came out at all. Prewash was intermittent. The brush, once the soap started coming out, was decent. I'll take the extra minutes and go to a different one next time because this one is not worth it.

Waited an HOUR to get to the wash. (I know the long lines are not necessarily their fault, it's the first nice day since October). However, when I finally got up to the front and was able to wash my car, there was no soap. I turned the dial to soap, and sprayed for 2 minutes and no soap ever came out. I washed as well as I could with the non soapy high pressure soap and it wasn't able to get the road grime off. Waste of $5 and an hour and 15 minutes of my time. I imagine it's because it is so busy that they ran out, but that's unacceptable for a car wash to not be prepared for people on nice days like this. Guess that's what you get for a $5 Car Wash versus the $15 ones all over town.

BEWARE. Went there in December 22 tried using the token machine twice for $10 each time on credit card. Thought it didn't work because no tokens. Put in $10 cash still no tokens. Credit card site showed 2 $10 charges that day that had to have been from there. Owner gave me my $10 cash that he found, but denied the credit charges were from there even tho I showed the charges. Later a call to credit card confirmed that it was from a vending machine from the carwash. Attempted contact with owner thru text and voicemail gets no response.

Good wash but what makes this place really great is the service. The owner always goes above and beyond to help. Get a new aged wash with old school quality service.
