I’ve been a satisfied Haglin customer for over six years. They have done minor and major repairs on several vehicles for me and I’ve always been pleased with the results and the costs. Their team is very friendly and professional and they take the time to explain everything that’s going on with your vehicle. When you bring in your vehicle they send you a detailed and easy to use checklist that tells you the status of all the different vehicle components and you can opt to approve or deny the repairs they suggest at the touch of a button. Go with Haglin and never worry about finding another mechanic, they do it all and they do it well!

I brought my 2016 Honda CR-V in to the shop on March 29 with issues of the vehicle accelerating at low speeds with a whirring/screeching noise whenever I accelerated. I chose this shop because of all of the amazing reviews left by fellow customers. It was diagnosed with a failed oil pressure sensor which needed to be replaced along with fluids in the transmission (total cost of $547 for just that). I also had my mechanic do a price check and was able to get the initial price down a significant amount thanks to him. I had them do an oil change as well for which they charged me $120 for and I got it cut down to $60. The car seemed to be working well and I had no issues up until exactly 30 days from the original date of service. I began having the exact same issues as I was when I brought the vehicle in the first time. They then proceeded to diagnose the car with a completely failed transmission which would need to be replaced for a total cost of between $7,019-$8793. I spent the money initially expecting for that to fix the issue especially after they did a diagnostic specifically for the transmission, then had to return the vehicle in hopes that it was another failed sensor that would be covered under their warranty only for them to drop a very costly repair on me. Needless to say I luckily was able to do a price check and found a place in Lakewood as well as Colorado Springs that gave me a much more affordable price for the work being done ($4,500 for everything, fluids, CVT transmission, and labor). I just want to provide an honest review of my experience. Overall the employees were kind and I felt like they generally knew what they were talking about, just felt taken advantage of with the cost of the repairs. Update** Turns out the transmission is completely fine and does not need to be replaced. The power transfer unit needed to be replaced for a total cost of $1200. I highly DO NOT recommend using Hamlin Automotive unless you want to be ripped off.

The Haglin technicians identified the root cause of my Subaru’s issue and quickly repaired it. They also stay on top of my maintenance. I’ve been using Haglin for several years and have high confidence in the whole team!

My 2007 VW Jetta GLI started leaking coolant and was overheating. I found Haglin through Google Reviews and from the time I first called them, I’ve been nothing but impressed. The day the car arrived to Haglin by tow truck, within hours the car was assessed and diagnosed. Their online approval/reject system for each repair, as well as PDF records for all repairs, is a really efficient and easy to use service I value. The whole process, from my car being towed, to me picking it up after being fixed and paying, was all less than 48 hours. Lastly, Andrew, the manager, has gone above and beyond to ensure my experience has been a good one and that I was satisfied with my service. Five star service all around. And the price was not bad for the service; I expected to pay for a quality mechanic, but I was actually pleasantly surprised by the quote.

Hey so I brought my 2008 Nissan Xterra into Haglin Automotive last week. I was looking for recommendations for Nissan Xterra Mechanics around town from other Xterras owner for about 6 months. Finally I got a recommendation from another Xterra owner that was not just the Nissan dealership. The girl that recommended me to Haglin had the same problem with there cooling system. Going into Haglin I was a little nervous with who I was dealing with because it was a new experience with a new mechanic. After leaving and getting my car back I have been extremely impressed by how well they fixed my car. I thought the car was a total loss. But low and behold. My car is running incredible with no check engine light. Bravo👏
