I regrettably got an oil change done here. They left the oil cap off and overfilled my oil. I found the oil cap in the engine compartment luckily and luckily nothing happened during the 2 days I drove it like that. Not to mention I had to leave my car there for over 24 hours just for the oil change. I highly recommend you choose someone else to take care of your car.

Haglin provides exceptional service and always gets to the root of the problem. Had an issue with my Toyota tundra in January and they had it for a week to fix the abs module and everything worked great. Thought I had the same issue in April and brought it back in. Rather than them replacing another part they let me know it was just a fuse and got me on my way. Great people and great business

We have a Ford campervan that we shipped from Germany and are now traveling through the US for half a year. Unfortunately, German cars are not as robust as American ones and have more sensitive engines in order to meet European emission standards. We told all this to the Haglin employee and showed him the exact oil we need for our car: 0w30 with a Ford specification!!! We also pointed out that there certainly wouldn't be an oil filter for our car here - which didn't really matter to us.
They says, they have tons of this oil and the oil filter is not a problem….
6 hours later we still had the OLD oil filter (but they are really endeavored) and the WRONG oil: 5w40 WITHOUT oil specification. And we paid almost $300 for it. Because the oil would have destroyed our diesel particle filter and destroy the guarantee in germany, we drove back to Haglin the next morning and complained about the work. They didn't apologize and treated us like „Aliens“, although it really wasn't our fault. We then got the RIGHT oil ourselves and paid for it additionally.
You should just listen carfully to the customer!!! (…sorry- my english is not the best…)

If you have unlimited money this place is great. If you’re a normal person this place will rake you over the coals with their insanely inflated prices. They quoted me $9,500 to rebuild my transmission and it would take 10 weeks. With a quick google search I found this price was double normal asking price for such a repair. I ended up going to Zach’s 4x4 and transmission shop in Longmont. He charged me $4,100 for the rebuild and had my car back to me in less than 3 weeks. I called Haglin to see if they would reevaluate their original price and was told they can comp some of the service fees. My final quote from them was $9,490. Do yourself a favor and go to a shop with some dignity in their prices. This place is a rip.
