My best friend and I stopped in for happy hour and found the prices on food and drinks to be quite good. We had drinks and a snack and were very happy with the service. Parking sometimes can be a challenge in this shopping center. Also the traffic patterns here can be a little challenging. Expect a wait to be seated at peak hours. Worked with restaurant on scheduling a large group meeting (based on hearing how delicious the food was) but had to cancel. Restaurant was accommodating and had clear communication. Recommend!
DO NOT GET A GIFT CERTIFICATE FROM THIS PLACE. This review applies to the entire chain of Hacienda restaurants and the way they are run. For Christmas, my sister got us a $50 gift certificate online. We went to use it in January and were told by the manager there was a $0 balance, that there was "nothing the restaurant could do," that we needed to pay the bill out of pocket, and that I needed to call the 800 number on the printed certificate. When I did the following week, the representative could not help me and transferred me to Jeff at Hacienda Lone Tree who told me, "Sometimes the buyer gives the gift card but uses it first." My sister is in Virginia, so that is not the case. He called back to report a $0 balance, said he'd look into it and call me back, and never called again, despite my calling and leaving a message. I called the Lakewood restaurant and was told by the manager, Jessica, there was "nothing the restaurant could do." She gave me the corporate office number of the company that fulfilled gift certificate orders. I called and left a message; no one returned my call. My husband stopped by the Lakewood restaurant and spoke with another manager, Megan, (this is now four managers, if you're counting) who seemed concerned about the problem. She called back and said there was, indeed, a $50 balance, that she'd email corporate and cc him, and call him in two days, as she was off the next day. No emails, no return calls. Rather than waste more time and call corporate myself, I took a friend to Hacienda and ran up a $45 tab. I presented the gift certificate to the waitress, and then watched a minute later as a manager approached my table with the certificate in hand. Guess what?? $0 balance. A business that cared about its customers would have taken it upon themselves to fix the problem...and fixed the problem. As it was, my husband and I each wasted at least an hour of our lives on something that was their fault. We will never go to Hacienda again.
Planned an event with them. They were incredibly flexible and accommodating. Because their food is made from scratch, they could adapt their event menu to include gluten-free and vegetarian options. All my concerns were addressed promptly. Great customer service experience!
My top site for quality Mexican food. prices that are reasonable.
