My family and I have moved 3 times in the last 10 years and Luke Beard and his team have been phenomenal! We have used them every time and can’t imagine using another realtor. They explained every step of the process to us and were so efficient at each step. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing to buy or sell a home!

Sellers are paying realtors to sell their homes even though they have buyers as clients. In my belief and experience, the realty industry has become so unprofessional, unethical, and downright working against sellers to ensure realtors make the most for their realty agency; i.e., their company gets the most from their own listings. Many realtors do not sign their own Code of Ethics because they would have to adhere to them (and pay for it too). [It is unfathomable to me to hire a lawyer, doctor, massage therapist, counselor, or hair stylist who refuses to sign, adhere to, and or abide by a set of standards or Code of Ethics]. Additionally (in many cases), realty companies do not regularly monitor their own realtors or ensure they adhere to best practices, a code of ethic, and or a set of realty standards. Beware!
My experience with Carol Romero of the Thornton office was downright disgusting. She does not understand, in my opinion what her role and job is as a realtor. She jumps to conclusions about homes and people. She makes leaps about why people do what they do or do not do. She openly dissuades buyers from purchasing a specific home or believing a specific home is not the one the buyer wants. She is the epidemy of an unprofessional, unethical, and unapologetic realtor who prefers to adhere to her own rules and standards. She does not live by the companies own philosophical principles, "The Smart Way, The Team Way. The Great Way" in my opinion. It is my belief that sellers and buyers should stay clear of this realtor (and this company, if they cannot or do not monitor the practices and behaviors of their own).

Marilyn Johnson is concerned & helpful. Thinks of the little things. Involved in the community. Organized the dual neighborhood garage sale. Works really hard to find what you need & want.
