Jim was always available
He answered the phone at all times. His knowledge of the housing market is extensive. I greatly enjoyed his columns in the Denver Post on Thursday. Jim helped with staging the house and did an open house which attracted several potential buyers. The house sold in just a couple of weeks, which is fast considering it was cohousing, a smaller market. The new owners were thrilled at the ease of the whole process. I highly recommend Jim Smith for any of your real estate needs, or even just questions.

Superior Service!
Our house hunting adventure came with many ups and downs. Out-bid by multiple offers, looking at houses remotely and trying to get a sense of what we really wanted in a home and neighborhood, Jim was there to walk us through the process every step of the way. Between his willingness to take and upload videos of each house and his ability to connect with other agents to get the "inside scoop" of the homes and the specific buying process, Jim gave us the information we needed to make the right buy for us. As the process evolved, Jim was instrumental in connecting us with a great lender, an outstanding inspector and made suggestions on other people to speak to regarding our specific needs. Extremely knowledgeable about real estate, the Denver market and surrounding neighborhoods, Jim will be our realtor, whether buying or selling, period.

Golden Real Estate, Inc., is the best real estate company I've ever used. This company goes above and beyond with great marketing, consulting, and all that goes into real estate transactions. My colleague at work told me that he used Golden Real Estate and had good results and that 1. It provides a moving truck for free; 2. It provides free boxes and packing materials; 3. It provides labor help for moving; 4. It provides handy-man services; 5. It provides "staging" consultations; 6. It recycles Styrofoam for people in the Golden, CO, community and beyond; 7. It uses electric vehicles and charges the batteries with electricity generated from its solar PV panels (thus doesn't pollute communities with vehicle exhausts, which is important to me.) This is the second time I have used Golden Real Estate and both times the property sold on the first showing for a good price for seller and buyer. In other words, this company knows what it's doing. So, simply stated, I recommend Golden Real Estate to everyone who is purchasing or buying real estate. I believe, based upon a relatively long history of secondary and primary evidence/experience, that you can't go wrong if you select Golden Real Estate. And, one more point, when I arrived in CO and purchased a home with another real estate company, the name of which I won't mention, I had the worse experience with a real estate company/agent that I've ever had, and I've purchase 10 real properties in my lifetime. So do yourself a favor and give Golden Real Estate a call if you're looking to buy or sell.
