bought a used BMW X5, Matt the manager did a inspection, oil change, transmission flush and coolant flush. found an oil leak and did the repair. while doing the repair discovered a coolant leak and repaired it with out charging the labor. Matt is very personal and the service was good although it did take longer then originally figured. I will use them again in the future as they are well priced and good service

I heard about Franklynn Automotive from a Mary, one of our awesome client that comes to our salon. From the time Matt answered the phone to getting my car, he's been awesome. Went in for a routine oil change and found out that I need to get a few more things done that wasn't in my budget. Matt, the GM, helped me out and went way beyond his title. He worked with me so I can get my car back on the road. This place does a great job. Highly recommend this shop if anyone has any doubt or looking for an honest place, give Franklynn Automotive a chance.

Very reasonable and straightforward service! Love my new tires! Dylan is a great mechanic that communicated well, did the required service with a quick turn around and was very friendly! Also I love the face that I can pay a digital invoice. 10/10 would recommend

I have been using Franklynn Auto for many years. I have a couple "old" vehicles so I utilize their services more than I would like. I trust these folks to provide reliable service at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend.

I had several things I needed to have done that I had been putting off. Franklynn completed all of the work quickly and at a reasonable cost. They are also completely honest - I had two issues that turned out to be very minor, and easily could have taken advantage of the situation. Dylan is very personable. They have earned my business in the future.
