Certainly not what I would call color experts. Helpful staff but the coloring job on the extensions I purchased was horrific. Asked for it to match my current hair color and did not receive anything that looked like my current hair color (my brown hair does not have a red hue). The color would not wash out and it could not be changed either by two other hair stylist who attempted to do at another salon (best in the industry), so ultimately wasted hundreds of dollars. I suppose if you find the perfect match of hair color on the existing extensions this would be a great place to go to. I appreciate the help from the staff but ultimately the poor color job left the extensions ruined.
I've been here twice now for a color and cut with Ashton. Both have been a wonderful experience! You can tell she really cares about her clients and works with you to make sure she knows what you're wanting before starting. My balayage has grown out exactly as I had hoped--no maintenance required (aside from my weekly purple shampoo). I came in for a cut and was wanting to add a subtle bang and she nailed it! She went above and beyond to give me a stunning head of hair. It's definitely on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for. 10/10 recommend Fluff and Ashton!
I have been going to Brittany at Fluff for about three and a half years now and it has been the best decision I could have made for my hair! After a bad bleach experience and little to no hair left I found Brittany online and met with her for a consultation. With her experience and expertise it was not even a question if this was the place that I trusted with my business and hair! Fast forward to now, and my hair is longer and healthier than it has ever been. The entire staff is very welcoming and helpful. I have and will continue to recommend Fluff for all of your hair needs!!
Whenever I’m in town I go to Fluff to see Morgan Johnston to get a balayage done and I’ve never had a better experience! She is worth the trip She gave a great consultation and made sure to do my hair exactly how I wanted it. It came out perfect! She is the best stylist I have ever been to and I would recommend her to anyone. She also does exceptional extensions!!
Friendly and Personalized service with great attention to detail. My stylist really cared about how I wanted my haircut and took her time to make sure it was done with quality. When she washed my hair she was gentle and massaged my scalp making me feel very relaxed. The products used were also high quality leaving my hair shiny and soft. After the cut was completed she also styled it to make it look it's best. I left the salon dry relaxed and satisfied.
