He made the daunting task of buying a home quick (as these things can go!) and simple to understand. I should preface this review with the fact that I was unsure home ownership was achievable or even right for me. When I realized I was paying a mortgage payment as rent every month, I decided it was time to take the leap! Denver is not an easy market to purchase in. The competition is high for every property. Daren helped me navigate the push back from the seller and other potential buyers with what was fair for me. I love my starter home and can’t wait to work with your team in the future!
I had a wonderful experience as a tenant with New Age and the entire team but particularly Krista- she was incredibly responsive. In my move in condition report I mentioned some items that I figured were just wear and tear from rentals and had no expectations of them fixing, but to my surprise they sent maintenance to fix EVERYTHING the same week. We had some unique situations as our timing as renters and they were incredibly fair and reasonable in their handling of everything. As someone who used to work in property management I would highly recommend this agency to renters and homeowners alike.
Rented from here was fine, but within the first 2 weeks I moved in had no heater of any kind in the middle of a Colorado winter. They never came to fix the AC I mentioned needed repaired. Went through 2 building managers before one was professional. However they will nickle and dime you for every cent, with a move in and move out fee, a deep cleaning fee regardless of how well you clean the place. I have never not received a full security deposit. Along with how they enjoy not sending your security deposit back or whats left of it on the last legal day they have to. I felt they would not have given me it back at all had id not been pestering them the entire 60 days. Do not rent from here unless you like to get a fraction of what you paid back regardless of how well you do as a tenant.

Terrence has "turned around" our buildings into a business we are very pleased with and proud of.
