Everything was handled well during our stay. After we moved out was a different story. Before we moved out we had the place professionally cleaned including shampooing the carpet. New Era charged us $688 to do this again, then provided "evidence" of why it was needed that was impossible to come from our stay. Beware, this is an unethical company.

LOVED MY EXPERIENCE! Jeff, Dillon, and Cherryl were a power team who all contributed to a quick and pain free landlord experience. We only did one round of showings and had our home listed for less than a week before attaining a renter! I'd recommend them to anyone!! Wonderful people to work with and really took the time to answer our million questions. Thanks again!

I have had the worst experience. As a tenant of one of their properties, I rarely get a timely response if any from my assigned property manager and it is impossible to navigate their website that apparently has a mind of its own and charged me $300 in late fees on one day before my rent was even due. Would not recommend.

Our first time renting in 35 years has been a great experience thanks to Shelby and team at ERA New Age Real Estate. We looked at a condo on Sunday and were moved in 2 days later. Thanks for an amazing experience! The unit was professionally cleaned when we moved in and the owners are great. They even extended our move out date by 4 days to accommodate our next move. Thank you to all!
