I don't know where to begin to tell you all how wonderful Ellis Automotive is. Jim and Kiley bend over backwards to make sure they provide superior service, both with the auto repairs & maintenance, and with their customer interaction. They remember faces, and names, and our cars. They are honest. And they always try to do what's right and best for the customer. I can't remember the last time that my repair bill actually ended up as much as their initial estimate. But most recently they gave us a real above-and-beyond service. We had a 23 year old Nissan Frontier truck that was a fabulous vehicle - I would highly recommend - but it was clearly on its last legs the past couple of years with the repairs and $$$ that began to pile up. With this most recent issue, although these guys weren't able to fix it (which was a first!), and they recommended a visit to a Nissan dealer service dept, they spent quite a bit of time with us answering our questions and offering recommendations on how to move forward. Because, in addition to this latest issue, the truck had simultaneously been totaled by our insurance company due to hail damage. We really needed to get a new vehicle. And having said this, Kiley offered to inspect any vehicle we wanted to purchase, for free! And they did. And we have a new car that we will continue to take to Ellis for service. These guys rock!
The guys at Ellis are always friendly, fast, and most importantly, trust worthy. They will always recommend the best/most cost effective repair, even if it means they make less money in the end. They’ll offer what’s truly best for the customer which I have mad respect for. Never taking my vehicles anywhere else again.
I'll have to say, my experience with Ellis has been excellent. Had suspension work done that cost me $1400. I brought my car home and was experiencing issues. Took the car back within 2 weeks and Jim called me and told me they were standing by the warranty and they would redo the work plus another issue that came up...at no cost to me. No hassle no fuss! Ellis my "go to" moving forward. Thanks guys!
These gentlemen are fantastic. They put in every ounce of effort to get my vehicle fixed right. As was honest when it was baffling. I ended up super sick and wasn't able to get my vehicle right away. They had no problem keeping it at the shop for me. Definitely 5 stars from me. Thanks, Jim, and to all the guys in the shop.
