Wonderful little salon & spa, the layout was gorgeous and the staff are so great. We went for well needed massages. Deffinately recommend this place for self care. Treat yo' self!
My advice is to go elsewhere and not trust this company with your money. If you allow them to auto-draft monthly and choose not to spend the money in your account during a pandemic, they will take it. Yes, you heard right - even during a pandemic. I canceled my membership during COVID last year because I had so much credit built up and didn't want to continue to load money into an account that I knew I wouldn't be using for a while. Months later, when I am finally comfortable and excited to venture back into a salon atmosphere as mask restrictions are lifted, I'm told they took my money. All of it. They have a clause that states if you cancel, you have a few months to spend the money in your account. Okay, I could live with that as long as it's explained during cancellation AND they waive that clause during a world-wide pandemic when many are uncomfortable going into public, much less a salon-type atmosphere. Ethically shameful. I would suggest Glosshouz in Centennial for anyone looking for a spa/salon with membership perks - they know how to treat their customers with care and respect.
Honestly this place isn't worth the money you will spend :( I wanted to love this place so much when I found it about two years ago and some services were better than others, but overall they lack quality. I have a membership, and I try to go back and give them another chance, but after every service it feels like I wait longer and longer in between. Even if I cancel my membership with them, I have so much credit for services that I don't know what to do since the services are okay... I cried in my car after my last blowout because they caused a lot of damage to my hair (color came out and hair was ripped). Not to mention a lot of water was spilled on my back and my scalp was burnt... things that would have been totally fine with me because stuff happens! But it was the damage to my hair that I can't overlook. My hair is pretty much the one thing I love about myself and now it's damage.
Let me first start with pros: alcohol, great music, clean, friendly staff Now the cons, My Shellac manicure started chipping the next day and for how expensive this place is it was such a bummer. My nails are all filed unevenly. I just expected better for the price. Super disappointed.
I treated myself to the Bliss Spa Day with a massage, facial and mani-pedi package and was not dissapointed!! Seriously the best birthday gift I could give myself sand iwill be looking into the Membershap package soon!!!
