    We were at Home Depot right across the street from the Crestline location, 7 hours from home, when we removed a dead rodent from under the hood which caused broken blades on the cooling fans, and damaging the radiator on our 2019 F150. Eagle automotive was the first one to come up with the best ratings. They answered quickly and had no problem getting us in. They had everything replaced the next day to make sure we could get home. They kept us very informed with the whole process. Wish we lived closer for regular maintenance but if we’re ever in the area I will definitely be using them if needed. Thank you Juan for all your help!

    It is so wonderful to have an auto mechanic you can rely on and TRUST! They are thorough, efficient, fairly priced and take great care of their customers! I’ve compared services with other local mechanics and have found while others mark up prices for a greater profit, Eagle starts with honest prices to begin with, which just goes to show they can be trusted. Friendly staff, all around great place! Highly recommend!! 👍

    Brought in the car for oil change, which was through coupon that I kept getting in the mail. Cory informed it will be a couple hours before he calls me back, when the car would be done. I accepted this because I live next door and was so convenient for me, but also for my family. Upon doing a inspection, Cory informed me that I needed new brakes. When I told him, let me make a few phone calls and I will get back to him. Called him back within a few minutes and said, I will only do oil change. He continues with asking me why and where would I do the work. Honestly answered to him what are my plans to do with vehicle, he says he will honor the coupon, but that is all Eagle want do for me. ( BTW I have a 2 more vehicles and would probably bring more buisness to do shop. Bad way to treat the 1st time customer, unfortunately for all of us.

    This repair shop is one of the best. They spent the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle in order to correctly diagnose a problem with the front suspension. They even found a screw in one of my tires causing low air pressure that I had been unaware of. I'm so glad they found it, so that I would be safer driving my vehicle after replacing that (unrepairable) tire which was a safety hazard. They stand behind their work and are honest and knowledgeable. They even provide a 48 month warranty on the repairs that they perform. I would recommend them to others.

    I had called at the beginning of the week looking for an appointment for an oil change and had asked if they take walk-ins. I was told 'you can walk-in' but that the week has been busy and they're usually booked up a day in advance. Knowing this, I booked an appointment for later in the week, Friday, at 10:30am for an oil change on my Toyota Rav4. Brought the car in 2mins before 10:30am, guy at the desk typed up all the information and had me sign a paper showing than an oil change will be done. 12pm and I haven't heard from the place so I called to make sure something didn't go wrong as a normal oil change should take 20-45min and at this point it had even an hour and a half since I left my vehicle there. Upon calling they checked on the status and informed me that the car has not been worked on yet... Super annoying and time consuming considering I had plans with my family today but instead have been sitting around my house waiting to pick up my car because I assumed you can't leave your car there all day after it's done. Well, another hours passes, it's 1pm, I call them again. They informed me that they JUST STARTED working on my car. When I asked the reason for delay they just said that a reservation does not guarantee the time that the work will take or be done, and that they work on cars as they come. What is the point of an appointment then? Dissatisfied and disappointed with the communication and customer service of this whole process. Annoying and time consuming and a pointless "Appointment based only" policy that doesn't seem to have any weight or truth.
