Grabbed dinner on a Friday. There were plenty of open tables so getting a seat was easy. Our server was prompt and drinks and food came pretty quickly. We tried the onion ring and soft pretzel appetizers - the presentation wasn't much, but both tasted good. The pretzels were a pleasant surprise - soft and hot and the cheese sauce was good. We also tried the mexican burger, fettuccine alfredo, buffalo chicken wrap, and grilled chicken sandwich. The buffalo chicken wrap was the best out of the bunch. The chicken sandwich tasted good but only needed half of the bun with how little the chicken breast was. The meixcan hamburger was huge and the person ordering it seemed to like it.

This is genuinely the worst bar I’ve been to in Denver. There is little to no management from what it looks like. Came here for a finals game and we didn’t get half of what we ordered, it took 45 minutes to get our first round of drinks, and the service was poor at best. It’s sad because this could be a great place, but none of the servers have any management to help them thrive. I have lived in this neighborhood for years and actively avoid this place because of the service. We will not come back ever.

I just had the craziest experience. I brought my son and his friend in so the kids could grab some chicken wings and french fries and they wouldn't serve us They said it's 21 and up We were nowhere near the bar. I asked if we could sit in a booth. He said no. I asked if we could sit outside. He said no. We had been there several times before on the weekend and never had an issue. What a jerk!

All the fun of a dive bar with the added bonus of tasty food and reasonably priced drinks! The patio is lovely in the summer, and Dulce Vida is always a safe haven where you know you will have a great day or night.

Overall, it’s a solid bar. If you’re looking a sports night with the boys, I would highly recommend this place. But in the end, this place was not for me. I was not a fan of the rock music but the service can be great sometimes. I like how they have a pool table so that was really fun to use. Otherwise, it’s a good bar with some good food and drinks but I would probably not go back unless it was part of a bar crawl
