I was sent here from tow with AAA since this was a highly rated AAA shop. The repair was fine. The main reasons for not getting 5 stars were the days it took to repair the car. It would have been 5 stars if it was the day I came in since there would be no inconvenience, 4 stars for the second day, and 3 for the third day. The price seemed fair, and the staff was friendly. The only big issue was the turnaround time.

We took our car to Chase Automotive on a referral from AAA. Brian assisted us, and was honest and a fantastic communicator. They were able to fit us in earlier than anticipated, diagnosed the problem, and fixed the issue right away. They were able to provide a reasonable quote. We had a wonderful experience and will absolutely continue to use them for our future needs.

I recently took my car to Chase Automotive. The staff was extremely friendly and the technicians were very knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable leaving my car at Chase Automotive. I was updated throughout the day on the progress of my car's repairs. I also received a personal phone call as to what was done and what would be needed in the future. The customer service is outstanding! I highly recommend Chase Automotive to EVERYONE!

I took my vehicle to Chase because I was getting a service DEF system alert. I took it inand was told that I needed an intake manifold because it was tied to the DEF system. It didn't make any sense to me but, I left it to Chase to figure it out. They had my vehicle for almost two weeks. They struggled to get a glow plug replaced. I picked up my vehicle and I had all of the same error codes as when I dropped off my vehicle. On top of all that I paid a $3700 bill. When I told them about the codes reappearing, I was told to bring the vehicle back to make it right. I took it back because if they were going to make it right, I was willing to work through the issue. There was another week of them having my vehicle, I was told they drove my vehicle all the way out to Watkins and back and there were no codes. They told me that if the codes come back I need a new DEF injector and pump which was another $2200. As soon as I drove away my engine light comes on less than 100 yards from the shop. So, I paid $3700 for an intake manifold that didn't fix anything, and was charged another $1700 to boot for a new EGR cooler. So, they had me pay over $5K for no true repair. They gave all of the talk in the world about codes, major codes, and relating codes. I still was ROBBED of over $5K with at best a partial resolution. I'm VERY dissatisfied in my experience. If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. I was told I would be looked after at every step of the way at every turn. That has left me with $5K bill and a vehicle that needs repairs still. I intend to contact the BBB for a resolution. At this point I have paid over $5K and in order to fix the issue I brought my vehicle in for I have to pay another $2K when that was the first thing that should've been repaired. I'm so disappointed, irritated, and frustrated, I can't put it into words. Take your vehicle to someone who will do right by you. I'm going to from now on.

I didn’t even get my emissions done their Dyno broke on test two. they get five stars for just being able to do the test on my truck.this shop should get five stars from all of their clients. They are very professional. And even though we couldn’t conclude the test, I was treated and felt like I was their only client. These guys ROCK. Just to clarify my truck is longer than a city bus!!! 44 feet!!! (See pictureI did get the test done elsewhere but I will be back to this shop for all my heavy mechanical work. Thanks for the kind treatment it makes a huge difference.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP .
For all diesel repairs etc.
