I have a 3 year old Papillon (Alfie) and have taken him to numerous groomers in the past and because he has the unique ears, tail and legs with this breed, I have had bad luck with these areas being respected with their grooming UNTIL NOW !!!! **RAYANE** has groomed him a couple times now and not only does she do it "Perfectly", he loves her attention and gentleness. I couldn't be more thrilled to have found a groomer who understands the uniqueness of certain breeds & gives the perfect cut etc. Additionally - her nail cuts/grind are the best and shorter then anyone else has done (my legs are happy). I will be a lifetime customer of hers! Thank you for hiring such a sweet, talented young lady. :)

We have been bringing our pets here since 2019 and had a great experience every time. The vets would get on the ground with our pets and let them get comfortable with them, even if it meant spending more than the allotted time with them. They were kind and understanding with our questions. This has all changed in the last 2 years. We tried to give the office a chance because they had a lot of staff turnover and everything was tough through Covid but nothing has improved. We’ve noticed that fort records are consistently lost or not input into their system. The office manager is a pro at making excuses for why this has happened but yet nothing changes. The office staff is short and semi-aggressive on the phone, when we request for a vet to follow up after an appointment, we never receive a call. After following up on the call from the vet that should have come on Monday, I was told ‘our vets don’t do that’. I know this is incorrect because our follow up notes from the vet indicated that we were to call to discuss if there was not an improvement in condition. The last straw was going in for an exam and vaccinations for my dog and finding that the vet would not be doing the exam in the room. This was a new vet to us (and I think to the clinic, Dr. Baker) and very unnerving that he wouldn’t exam our dog in front of us. He was very pushy with suggesting additional test and didn’t ask any questions that would have helped him determine whether these tests were actually necessary. Also, I had requested multiple times that we skip the bordetella vaccination because our dog received it at daycare. After paying and receiving my invoice I found that they administered it anyway. This would have been avoided completely if the exam would have been provided in the exam room as I requested. If you want to be involved in the care of your pet or confirm that you are being charged for the correct services, I would NOT suggest this vet. The vets have hands, but they do not care.

RAYANE is aammaazzingg! My Girlfriend and I's dog has never looked so good. She was so caring and very honest and made sure we were updated and made aware of every decision when it came to the grooming of our dog. We've taken our dog to other groomers and none of them seemed to have the attention to detail that she does and not only that but she actually knows specific breed cuts!. 100/10 would definitely recommend 👌

We had a great first experience with this vet! Two of my pets are anxious and all of the professionals that we worked with were calm and patient. All three fur babies had successful first visits. We're so glad we found Caring Hands!

We've been taking our dog here since 2018 when he got really sick with Addisons. The staff and docs used to take him with care and he didn't get stressed out with them like he had with other vets prior to the switch. Unfortunately the care just started going downhill in the last year and a half. I used to take him myself but my sister started bringing him in for his monthly shots so we were unaware that the clinic had been transitioned over to another owner. Explains why his care had fallen as well. We were constantly told to bring him in for a wellness check but no answers or solutions, just more and more expensive bills. I brought him this time and noticed how stressed out he was after the staff handling. After the 2nd wellness check, they said he needed his rabies and that they would consider this visit his wellness and we wouldn't need to do another one the next month. Well the next month rolls around and of course it's constant emails about getting him for his annual wellness and shots. I already paid for 2 "wellness checks" and multiple tests with no answers or solutions. After that I was done and fed up. I wish they could do better but it was worth finding another vet. Not to mention the annoying constant texts and emails to schedule appointments which pushed me over even more. Clearly they need patients. I hope they improve.
