I was out of town and my dog sitter brought my puppy in for an abscess that came out of nowhere. This was on Thursday night. The draining procedure was going to cost around $700. I gave my card info to Kendall (spelling?) , then they said my card didn’t go through for the initial $109 office visit despite the funds being in there. Truly believe she was so annoyed with me and my dog. They wouldn’t help my puppy. Told me he was left there, had another friend try to go pick him up because I was told that the initial friend had just left my dog there. NOT TRUE. My friend got there and Kendall told my friend that my dog had actually already left with the initial friend. They lost my puppy! And Kendall proceeded to tell my friend that they were not a non profit and not going to help my dog. Like I was asking for some handout. Kendall also told me “I can’t tell you that your dog is going to be okay! I don’t know what you want me to say!” She was unbelievably heartless and rude. I felt so helpless being out of town on vacation with my family. I called my bank and there was no hold or anything on my card. I asked if they could wait until midnight to try again just in case it was some hold the hotels and travel sites had on my card or something. Nope! To be honest, I never leave negative reviews. I always choose to leave positive reviews when the service is great but the way this vet made me feel is something I wouldn’t wish on anybody. Absolutely disgusting.
I’ve taken all my pets here. They have great Veterinarians and caring staff. They are very open with their charges and explain things very thoroughly. I never feel like they are trying to add unnecessary services.
They have taken care of my children, ones that are with us and those that have crosses Rainbow Bridge since December of 2007. The staff and doctors truly care. I wouldn't trust my children's care to anyone else❤
Zero stars would be better for the experience. I have been using this clinic for over 15 years because it was good and the doctors and staff seemed to care about the animals. That is no longer true. I took one my dogs in for a rabies vaccine. They told me he was due for for his annual exam and blood work in September and suggested they do it all now. I agreed and specifically asked that they also check his ears as he was constantly shaking his head and acting like his ears were bothering him. They took him to the back to draw blood then brought him back and the vet came in. The vet gave him his shot, looked his ears and answered some questions I had about arthritis. He told me his ears were fine and left. I was charged for the annual exam, blood work, nail trim, and vaccine but the vet ONLY looked in ears. I called and left a message for the manager to call me and told her it most likely my word against the vet but they should know I was upset the exam did not occur and that my dogs ears were really bothering him. She asked if I could hold and the vet came on the line to tell me he did do the exam and I must have not noticed! Now it’s 1 1/2weeks later, my poor dog still has an ear problem and we have an appt at a different vet. It took a long time get an appointment as everyone is booked so far in the future, probably because of all the new clients who left caring hands. Very sad for the animals who deserve better from their doctor.
