We came to see Dr. Rosenthal at Caring Hands while on a visit from out of state. Our dog had been previously diagnosed with a non-life-threatening injury, but her condition was worsening.
Caring Hands was able to see our sweet Sadie dog for an urgent appointment. Dr. Rosenthal was incredible the entire time. It's clear she loves animals and has a great connection with them.
Dr. Rosenthal took the time to examine Sadie's records, listen to our concerns, and run necessary tests. She clearly explained her concerns, which tests she recommended, and how much everything would cost.
In the end, Dr. Rosenthal's thorough tests revealed a serious and terminal condition. While it was a shocking and heartbreaking diagnosis, her attention to detail meant Sadie could spend the time she had left without pain and surrounded by those who loved her most.
It wasn't the answer any of us wanted, but I will be forever grateful to Dr. Rosenthal for finding an answer. Without her, we may never have known what was behind our furry family member's sudden decline.
Thank you, thank you, thank you to Dr. Rosenthal and her staff. They truly care about animals and their humans.

I couldn’t be happier with the groomer Ashley. She was so nice and is so caring and great with animals. She groomed my 14 year old Great Pyrenees and did an amazing job and made sure to let my old grandma dog take breaks and took super great care of her. I had a bad experience taking my 3 dogs to pet smart in brighton where one of them was hurt and required emergency vet transport and over $2k in bills so I figured I would try caring hands since my dogs are all older and want to be sure they are in good hands. Their name is definitely truth in advertising everyone here takes great care and is so friendly and nice and my dog is happy and clean and came home better then ever :) thank you all I will be bringing all 3 in from now on to see caring hands vet groomers

Dr. Dunn is amazing! Billy has gotten all his vaccinations and rabies from her and loves coming in to see her. This time around he was very sleepy so she made some adjustments to make him comfortable! I'd highly recommend coming to Caring Hands to see Dr. Dunn for your furry friends!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I've been taking my cats to Caring Hands for over a decade. They used to have a caring and thoughtful staff, but this has unfortunately changed a lot in the last few years. My cats are seniors and have been in late stages of kidney disease, so we've been monitoring that each year. An already costly endeavor- I don't think we ever set foot in this office without spending $500 minimum- typically all services were over $1k and they charged an "emergency" vet fee as frequently as possible. At the beginning of this year we found out our one kitty was in the final stages and the Vet (Dr. Appling I believe) warned me that she likely would not survive the year. (Though then they still tried to force me to give her and her sibling vaccines. Easy money grab apparently.) She told me what to look for when the end was near and to call her and she would tell me options for keeping her comfortable. Well, about 7 months later the time came. I called the office and asked to speak to the vet and begged for them to help me keep her comfortable as she was likely not going to survive another week. The vet never called me back. Days later a receptionist called me and said that the vet would need us in the office to be able to make any recommendation. Well, the last thing I wanted to do was to stick my dying kitty into a kennel and force her to drive to the vet- she could hardly even walk. So I explained the severity of the situation again and asked again if there were any pain meds or anything I could give that would just keep her comfortable. All I wanted was her comfortable so I could come to grips with what was happening- she was my baby for 16 years. Again, phone tag with their office and no call from the actual vet. I ended up calling Caring Pathways and the vet came to the house to tend to her in her final hours in a stress free and peaceful way. In the most stressful and emotional time they couldn't be bothered to extend an ounce of kindness or understanding. They were cold on the phone and acted like I was a complete inconvenience. And the fact that the vet couldn't give me the time of day for a 5-10 minute phone call was absolutely heartbreaking. I will NEVER ever set foot in this place again. After years and thousands of dollars spent there, they couldn't care less about my pet. Do yourself and your pet a favor and go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience! Great Vet. Not only did we talk about a long term treatment plan just in case (which will most likely not be necessary) but I got to pay in the room. That was epic. Never going anywhere else.
