Late night emergency visits are SCARY, there’s no way around it – but when you have a team that is in constant communication with you regarding procedures, cost and wait time, it makes your 2am visit so much easier to bare. The care and thoughtfulness that was given to my husband and I was absolutely amazing. We knew each step that Dr. Gomez and her team preceded forward with our pup, Owsley. SO grateful for ACCESS for opening their doors to us, and guiding us through a challenging evening. Thank you!
I’m a veterinarian and completely trust the team at ACCESS with my pet’s care! My kitty needed urgent help for a urethral obstruction (he couldn’t pee). The team came to the rescue and took great care of my kitty. Now he is resting comfortably at home!
I have been here 3 times in total. Each time the staff has been genuine and caring. They are upfront about the cost structure and give you updates quickly. They took very good care of my dog after an eye injury. I would recommend this vet as they are competent and compassionate.
My puppy was diagnosed and treated for parvo here and I cannot recommend Blue Pearl Lakewood enough. All of the doctors that I spoke with during my puppies hospitalization were so compassionate and they educated me on parvovirus and gave me all the tools I needed at home to make sure I could take care of my puppy after she came home from the hospital. The staff was very transparent with their costs and gave me invoices showing exactly what medications and treatments they were going to do in the hospital. Emergency prices are always so high but knowing exactly what my money would be going towards made it a lot easier! My puppy is all better now thanks to everyone at this hospital and I would recommend them to anyone who has a sick pet
The only reason I'd give them any stars is cause my dog is still alive, but this place is terrible! They are rude, expensive and only care about getting your money. They literally kicked me and my dog out like 6 hrs after my dog had gotten out of surgery because I didn't have more money. I had already paid $5100, and they wanted 1600 more. They didn't give me anything for his pain and no antibiotics, even though that was already paid for in the 5100. Terrible customer service. They told me they don't honor their estimates. Not to mention, the lady in the middle of surgery, walked away from my pet to come call my and recommend euthanasia?!! I already told them if anything happened... perform cpr!!!! Why on earth would you ever walk away from anything during surgery?!
