I can't explain enough how amazing the staff and overall professionalism is at this place. From the minute you walk in to the minute you leave you can sense that they care very much about you and your animal and you feel very welcomed! They are very knowledgeable and I plan on taking my animals here moving forward. What I love most is the staff!
When I moved to the area, I first went to a large chain vet clinic, and they were great, but I felt like the experience was less personal and I quickly found that they were ready to take me for a ride on their prices. Looking for another vet, I found Animal Care Center of Aurora. They made things easy when I realized my kitty needed vaccinations at the last minute before a boarding stay. I never had any major issues with the cat, but the routine/vaccine visits were always great, and the vets and staff were very caring. Finally a few weeks ago, I had to make the hard decision to say goodbye to my sweet old lady. The vet gave it to me straight and urged me to do what I needed to do. The experience was very nice and comfortable, but I will say that it was a little more drawn out than I would have liked--I did communicate that it was something I had been through before. However, even at the end of the day, they were willing to give me all of the time I needed. For now, I'm no longer in need of their services, but I would definitely go back if that changes in the future.
My cat and I had a great experience here! Everyone was kind and welcoming, as well as efficient. We did not have an overly long wait and we're back about our day in no time. I really appreciated how they seemed attentive to records so that my cat's care can be well seen to and I won't have to repeat myself over and over.
Nurses were very attentive and genuinely cared. Doctor was awesome. Big thanks to you, hopefully our boy will be okay. They explained everything, we didn't feel lost.
Highly Disappointed! I took our kitty in to be neutered on the 28th of July, and noticed on August 3rd that our kitty's incision had opened slightly. So, being the concerned fur-mama that I'm, I called ACCA and explained the situation, and that I wondered if he needed to be seen? The lady who answered the phone, explained that they did receive the pictures I sent, and that a dr will review and give me a call back. Today is Friday, August 5th, and still no call! I ended up taking my fur-baby to VCA Animal Hospital (they are awesome) and they had to sedate my kitty, clean the incision, and re-stich him up. He is doing much better now, thanks to VCA. I highly would think twice about taking your fur-babies here if you have to follow-up on something they performed, which by the way, they gave home instructions for a female cat, ours is a male. Didn't even offer an e-collar. I will never take one of my fur-babies here again!
