We have worked with Javier Aranda for the purchase of two homes in Denver now, and have been very happy with the experience both times. In each scenario, we had reservations about the price, timing, and process, and Javier was incredibly patient and knowledgeable each time. There were many times that he worked to negotiate terms that we (the buyers) considered unlikely to come to fruition, which helped us to feel that we received the best-case-scenario terms in the end and didn't leave anything on the table. Javier has his clients in mind every step of the way, and is willing to put in the work for them. I would certainly work with Javier for any future purchase in Denver and beyond, and he would be the first I would recommend to friends and family.

Working with Javier was a very rewarding experience - he has expansive knowledge on both the entire Denver metro (and beyond) and what to look for when purchasing a home. He taught us about everything from electrical, plumbing, and structural components of a house that made us feel comfortable we were getting honest feedback when deciding to pursue or pass on a home.
He was always on time, easy to reach, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy throughout the whole process.
