There’s not too much going on in Denver for this weekend. However, we do have a few events that you and your family can enjoy for the whole Saturday!

Pirate Fest

Ahoy ye Pirates near and far, the Northglenn Pirate Fest be takin’ place again in Septemberrrrr! It’s our 5th anniversary so be sure t’ pull anchor and be here! The event is September 21 from 11 AM – 6 PM and is for kids, families, and individuals.

It is free entry and will include more food than you can swallow and a bay full of booth vendors filled with loot for young and old alike, plus all of the yummy pirate drinks (rum, beer, and mead). In addition, we have mermaids, crafts, kids activities including bounce houses, a historical reenactment section, sword fighting, archery demonstrations and more!

Stranahan’s Copper & Chords: A Whiskey-Themed Music Festival

Join us for the first-ever music festival at the Stranahan’s distillery, Copper and Chords. Enjoy performances from some of Colorado’s favorite local bands, including Gasoline Lollipops and Strange Americans.

We’ll be serving up craft cocktails and beer on-tap. The day will also include food trucks, games and more, and we invite you to explore our rack house, main distillery floor, and lounge in between sets outside.
